FP&A Modeller - Robert Walters - Boksburg

Robert Walters South Africa You will be responsible for identifying and comprehending business issues, proposing and implementing solutions, and working closely with the executive team to develop the company's long-term financial and strategic plan. You will also be involved in modelling long-term growth and evaluating and recommending modifications to projections and budgets. Additionally, you will oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, reporting, and working with various business units to forecast income and expenses. Key qualifications and experience required for the FP&A Manager:Post-graduate diploma in a relevant field, with CA(SA) and MBA qualifications being advantageous5 Years' of experience in a finance role, preferably in FP&A or VC / Investment Banking.Advanced skills in 3-statement modelling, including short-term, medium-term, and long-term forecastingAdvanced Excel skills, including Power-Query, Power Pivot, and Dax, are required.Knowledge of Power BI is also desirableExcellent financial and quantitative skills, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders' interests are important for this roleYou should be comfortable working in a complex, high-paced environment and be able to handle ambiguity effectively Key duties of the FP&A Manager:Experience in Corporate Finance and/or Management Consulting would also be beneficial.Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced and complex environment are essential, and experience in the fintech / payment industry and emerging markets, including Africa, is a plus.Passionate about details and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.Ability to analyse data and see the bigger picture, as well as build relationships quickly and understand the perspective of others.Consistently delivering quality outputs on time, managing multiple work streams simultaneously, and maintaining a high standard of work are key qualities we are looking for in this role.Attention to detail and the ability to drill down into the specifics while keeping sight of the bigger picture are also important attributes for success in this role.Apply now and be part of a forward-thinking organization that values excellence.
