A Fraud Analyst is responsible for providing professional and efficient service and exception reporting. An analytical mindset is the key to succeeding in this role. This hands-on analyst will assist with the standardization of fraud and forensics services and procedures along with streamlining any discovered inefficiencies. A Fraud Analyst will play a key role in the continued development of the fraud and forensics team, ensuring constant reviewing, exception reporting and investigations are being carried out to improve efficiency of the fraud team in validating sales processed both internally and externally. Key Accountabilities: Investigation around sales exceptions reported on TPR Assisting with adhoc investigations across business divisions Investigating commission fraud Sales verification across different sales systems both internal and external Reporting on high-end device sales, agent trends and anomalies on data sources. Specific Skills Required: S trong problem-solving ability Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Honest reliable and above reproach Policy and process document writing skills Strong research, math, and computer skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze processes and data Strong self-management skills Strong leadership abilities Technical Knowledge: Related Entry level certifications advantage Minimum of 1-3 years’ proven experience in fraud detection, investigation, or related field A Minimum 6-months SQL experience MS SQL / Script writing knowledge (essential) An understanding of 3 rd party capture systems (Ilula, C3D etc.) advantageous T’s & C’s apply
