Involved with team mentoring and driving them to perform Continuous improvement of systems Risk management Driving customer satisfaction Attend to fraud disputes Quality audits and reconciliations of team Report drafting Attend to overtime calculations and management of team Recruitment of team Involved with solution designs for User Acceptance Testing Manage online fraud, application fraud and card fraud matters Must have: Overtime when needed Shift work - 24/7 Excellent English communication Analytical Problem solver Hardworking Target driven Energetic Project management skills Attention to detail Resilient Stern Customer orientated Root cause analysis skills Matric Clear criminal and credit record Must have a completed degree - Risk / BCom / Banking / financial qualification and NQF Level 5 fraud and forensic / fraud management qualification No less than 2 years' management / team leader / supervisor experience in fraud operations and risk management Must have a proven track record of success in fraud environment
