French Administrator Accountant - Cape Town Region

REQUIREMENTS:
  • French and English-speaking proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • SAICA member registration preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Fair level of Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency

DUTIES:

  • Set up payments for expenses related to customer staff assignments
  • Access banks to prepare payments for validation by headquarters
  • Receive and process supplier invoices
  • Capture all invoices and expense notes accurately in NSI and Irise
  • Manage payment requests and ensure accuracy
  • Conduct payment runs on the 5th and 20th of each month
  • Check payment queries for accuracy and resolve issues related to exchange rates, sums, and banking details
  • Maintain comprehensive communication internally and externally
  • Meet targets set by management
  • Ensure payments are set up on the correct bank account and verify with headquarters
HOURS:
  • Monday to Fridays: 8:00 16:30
