Are you a passionate leader with the following qualifications and experience? Qualifications: Grade 12 Matric qualification Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management. Professional Expertise: Stock Management: Implement robust strategies to control inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize losses. Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain strict adherence to relevant legislation and risk management standards to safeguard the business. Financial Acumen: Manage cash flow effectively, oversee financial transactions with accuracy, and maintain a keen eye on profitability. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
