Front-Desk Co-ordinator - Port Elizabeth

Duties:
  • Over and above typical reception / admin duties.
  • Answering phone calls, helping clients book appointments as well as recommending services and products.
  • Supporting the company in reaching its daily, weekly, & monthly goals
  • Effectively checking guests in and out and scheduling their next appointments.
  • Streamlining the work flow of the salon team
  • Maintaining retail products stocks, and receiving orders.
  • Spaguru Software knowledge beneficial not required.
Requirements:
  • Well presented.
  • Friendly
  • Fast Learner
  • Ability to remain calm and level-headed during conflict
  • Professional at all times
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Desk/ Hospitality/ Spa Environment
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be able to remain focused during busy times
  • Must be able to professionally reply to clients on Email and address clients over the phone and in person
  • No piercings (besides ears) or tattoos may be visible on staff at the front desk
  • Beauty Background an advantage but not a necessity if they are open to learn the industry.
  • Must be willing to work shifts (8-5, 9-6, 10-7)
