Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Accommodation Manager to oversee the guest experience at our accommodations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional hospitality skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead a team in delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: 1. Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail. 2. Accommodation Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facilities, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and housekeeping. Ensure that accommodations are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with amenities. Oversee reservations and coordinate with other departments to accommodate guest needs and preferences. 3. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff and housekeeping team members. Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of service delivery. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence. 4. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions. Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback. Manage budgets and expenses related to front of house operations. 5.Marketing and Sales: Promote accommodations through various channels, including online travel agencies, social media, and local partnerships. Develop packages and special offers to attract guests and increase occupancy rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns to showcase the accommodations. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest relations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of wine and the local tourism industry is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have own transport.
