Requirements:- Matric qualification
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English is essential
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on a switchboard
- Computer literacy, including email proficiency
- Typing skills
- Admin skills

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:- Handling incoming calls on the switchboard
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as general filing, debtors filing, and following up with staff
- Utilizing the online system to manage Certificates of Compliance (COC)
- Managing service calls and ensuring timely follow-up
- Diary management & follow up (for Director)
