We urgently require a Senior Fuel Fraud Investigator for our Fleet Management client based in Cape Town. Must be able to investigate different methods of fuel fraud committed by drivers. MUST RESIDE IN CAPE TOWN 1.Evaluate and perform procedures to investigate fuel transactions to ensure that they are valid, accurately recorded and that all relevant internal controls and governance have been complied with. 2. Evaluate internal control and governance procedures relating to fuel transactions to ensure that any unmitigated risks identified are mitigated by recommending and applying necessary changes to internal controls and governance. 3. Perform assurance procedures associated to fuel transactions internal control and governance. 4. Liaise with relevant Service Providers and Client Institutions to advise of any potential or actual risks and suspicious transactions identified and liaise with them on the resolution thereof. 5. Ensuring that roles, responsibilities and accountabilities as a result of Service Provider(s) and Client Institution(s) negligence are clearly defined. 6. Assist with input associated to assurance engagements performed by other stakeholders as well as law enforcement 1. A minimum of a completed Grade 12. 2. Recommended is a relevant NQF7 qualification. 3. Valid Code B (or higher) driver's license 4. Own transport to be provided to/from and between operational sites 5. A minimum of 5 years of relevant forensic investigation work experience 6. Minimum of 3 years proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Fluent in spoken, reading, and written English 8. Familiarity with office-related software and tools (such as copying machines and phone systems) 9. Must be contactable via mobile phone Salary: R401 - R520 ph (depending on experience) Contract: Fixed Term contract Location: Cape Town on site
