Full-time receptionist/ office administrator (LEGAL) - George

Full-time temp receptionist/ office administrator based at a law firm in George. The sucessful person MUST come with experience witin a legal environment. This is NOT negotiable.
(3-month fixed contract - Mondays to Fridays).

Preferably female, and must live in George, and must be able to travel to and from work.

The minimum requirement for the post is:

  1. The candidate must be well-spoken, bilingual, dynamic, and able to multi-task;
  2. Responsible for answering switchboard phones, routing calls to appropriate offices, and taking down messages;
  3. Greet visitors and clients as they walk into the offices;
  4. Responsible for booking meeting rooms, travel (when required), and couriers, serve refreshments at meetings.
  5. Provide support to directors, the office manager, and HR stationed in Pretoria, for the smooth operation of the office
  6. Computer literacy and a high level of accuracy are essential. MS Word, EXCEL, and Microsoft outlook.
  7. Sorting incoming mail/ processes, as well as in processing outgoing mail/ processes, scanning documents to relevant practice in Pretoria (essential).
  8. Keep calendars and records of supplies inventory for the office;
  9. Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents;
  10. Create various forms for effective correspondence;
  11. Perform data entry and general administrative tasks;
  12. Data Capturing
  13. Responsible for keeping record of appearances in court (later requirement);
