Our client requires the services of an Oracle EBS SCM (Functional Solutions Architect), full-time during EMEA hours, remote work. POSITION : Contract role for 12 months (annual renewal – based on performance and business requirements). COMMENCEMENT : ASAP THE ROLE: Responsibilities include performing “Proof of Concept” studies, authoring white papers, and serving as Account Support Lead on accounts. Creating architectural solutions for customers. Able to take a lead role for a product/component in customer support. Must have multiple years and industries of actual end-to-end implementation experience of systems architectures. Translate business and customer requirements into architectural specifications. Take ownership of a particular solution/technology segment serving multiple cross-functional processes. Drive cross-functional alignment with other functional and technical architects/analysts. Assist in uncovering and clearly identifying prospects' critical business needs. Contribute to industry blogs and other public forums and tradeshows: Be the functional solution ambassador for specific application area. REQUIREMENTS: Only candidates eligible to work in SA will be considered. Minimum Bachelor's degree. 15 years of related application support experience. Expert in Purchasing, Order Management, Pricing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning . Excellent customer focus and communication with strong organisational, presentation, writing, verbal, and public speaking skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, key clients, and other stakeholders, particularly on related architecture topics. Holds a deep level of system application knowledge and expertise. Must have deep and broad skills and expert understanding and scope of software solutions and 3 rd party product solutions. Able to synthesize complex topics into meaningful information and prepare materials appropriate for all business-level communications. Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to deal continuously with ambiguous situations. Must have excellent remote working habits, and the ability to plan and execute daily work activities for customers and internal management while working remotely. Prior Solution Architect and account management experience is a plus. Fully functioning home office with contingency for loadshedding.
