Reference: E.L002026-AK-1 Our client is seeking an dynamic individual with 5-star hospitality experience managing a luxury villa on a Game Reserve in the Grahamstown area in the Eastern Cape. Experience and knowledge in wine and food and beverage on a high-end level is required. Requirements: 5-star luxury villa, restaurant or yacht experience required – at least 3 years. Food & Beverage knowledge essential. Wine diploma or wine tasting experience required / cellar management. Energetic and dynamic. Must be able to manage a team. Must be flexible in terms of leave / days off. Must have good housekeeping knowledge and experience. Administration skills Excellent communication/ hosting skills. Accommodation will be available
