Job Description You will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of plans to manage assets, resources, and Infrastructure. You will manage resources and people to achieve planned production targets. Implement and oversee the day-to-day plans for managing assets and resources Manage resources and personnel to achieve planned production targets Maintain and promote safe work practices and a safe working environment, implementing safety improvement plans Ensure compliance with legal requirements, group working standards, and engineering policies Manage and facilitate ongoing projects Facilitate root cause problem-solving, plan and implement inspections, and equipment overhaul Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members and effectively manage personnel Foster a collaborative working relationship with the diesels team Control and manage workers in terms of capacity, capability, and time worked. Provide and seek input and advice on policies and procedures Control capital expenditure and ensure cost savings Implement capital projects effectively This role is in the Engineering Department at Band 6 and reports to the Section Engineer.
