Conduct regular inspections and execute repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to maintain optimal functionality and safety. Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and the continued smooth operation of the estate. Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as required. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to promote a secure work environment for all. Proven experience as a General Maintenance Worker, with a strong emphasis on electrical maintenance. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Between 3 - 5 Years
