General Manager - - Durban

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry of which 8 years is in a Management capacity
Must have a Degree in Engineering | Production or similar
Must have a MBA, Management Degree
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and MRP Systems
Experience with Developing, Leading and Executing Business Strategies
Must be able to develop strong relationships at Executive Level
Strong Operational Management experience required
Must be able to manage a staff compliment
Solid understanding of ISO Standards | OSH Act | EHS Standards and the Implementation of Policies and Procedures
Must have a High Level MS Office proficiency
Must have contactable references
Must be able to provide proof of salary on request
