Minimum requirements:

5 - 8 years Management experience of which 3 should have been in a senior Managerial position
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Engineering, Transport Management
All rounder General Management experience in business unit operations, Finance, Human Resources - staff management, and also general technical background
Dynamic visionary with sharp business / financial acumen / and strategist with hands on approach
Perform general management and control functions of the activities of the Business Unit
Develop, propose and advise on the Business Units strategies and policies that are consistent with internal and external needs
