aspectsJob SpecificationsRelocation to India: Willing and open to relocate to India as part of the long-term commitment to establishing and managing the Office in Bangalore, IndiaDevelop and execute a comprehensive plan for setting up the new office in Bangalore, IndiaCoordinate with local authorities, vendors, and service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient establishment processOversee the logistical aspects, including office space selection, IT infrastructure setup, and other facilitiesLead the recruitment process for local staff in line with the company requirementsDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in Bangalore, India, in compliance with local labour laws and our Client’s standardsManage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace cultureDevelop and implement a Wellness Program in compliance with local labour laws and Our Client’s standardsDevelop an employee retention strategy in accordance with local best practices, labour laws and Our Client’s standardsOffice Establishment / HR Management: Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the local teamFacilitate career development countriesOversee the financial performance of the Bangalore, India operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingImplement cost control measuresEnsure financial compliance to efficiency and reduce the overall cost of administration Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (engineering background not mandatory)Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or engineering-oriented industryStrong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&LExperience in HR management, including recruitment, talent development, and legal complianceWillingness to travel internationally and relocate to IndiaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to make
