Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous Valid Driver's License with own transport MS Office Literate Min 3yrs management experience in a managerial role in a similar industry Cycling / Mountain Biking enthusiast would be advantageous Responsibilities: Ensure efficient day to day running of the business Training and daily supervision and management of staff nationally Daily feedback on objectives achieved and operations Provide clear objectives to both office and sales team Create and manage monthly sales targets Assist with Sales and Customer Support Assist Sales Team with necessary product information and feedback on queries Oversee and plan event participation at Expo's, Races, Dealer training and product activations Identify market trends and provide input/suggestions on operational changes Collect and report competitor information Compile and implement sales and promotional plan Manage customer complaints Compile monthly sales reports Strong leadership skills Attention to detail High energy levels Resilience Good communication skills Apply Now
