General Operations Manager (Mozambique) - - South Africa

Experience & Qualification Criteria:

Degree/Business and Administration, Shipping, Logistics and/or Transport
6 to 11 years in senior management
Understanding of the transport industry
Live in Mozambique or willing to relocate there

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategy on a senior level (develop and implement strategy for operations, logistics, fleet care, finance, IT, projects and clients)
Leadership (inspiring employees)
Planning (fleet targets)
Operations (productivity goals)
Managing the financial function (budgeting, forecasting)
Commercial and legal (business development and reviewing agreements)
IT with controls and reporting (processes and areas of improvement)
Human Resources (driving performance)
Policy and Governance (corporate governance, develop and implement policies)
