Hire Resolve's client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a General Foreman/Site Manager in Cape Town. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the construction site. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, ensuring deadlines are met. Supervise and train workers and tradespeople, ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Monitor and report on project progress to senior management. Manage equipment and materials inventory. Resolve on-site issues and emergencies. Requirements Proven experience as a General Foreman or Site Manager. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OHS guidelines. Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems. Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
