Roles and Responsibilities: Meet with Client Management and Employer Regional Manager and take direction on promotions plan. Drive Gig Rigs (Toyota LDV with a 1,3-ton trailer ) with promoters to planned points. Responsible for the safety of the vehicle, occupants, equipment and branding material Conduct outlet calls (visit retail stores to do branding and collect information) as directed by Regional Manager on non-promotion days. Since the person will be employed full time they will be expected to visit retail stores and use a mobile App ( Training of app use will be provided ) to collect information from the store and also put up branding. This will be on the days that they are not tied up with promotions/activations with the gig-rig. Requirements : Valid Code 14 driver's license PRDP required. 3 years minimum driving experience of Code 14 vehicles such as truck and trailer, horse and trailer with traceable references. NO criminal record Must be neat and presentable. Well mannered, energetic, friendly, and well spoken. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Good communicator Must be Tech savvy and knowledge of Apps advantages. Age between 25 and 35 In good health Must have own reliable vehicle essential. Experience in conducting trade visits to retail stores will be advantages. Experience in using mobile phone to collect data will be advantages. Minimum Matric qualification Duration : Permanent employment with 3 months' probation period Salary Package : Basic R 10 000 per month Vehicle allowance R 2 000 per month Cell phone allowance R 600 per month Fuel allowance of R 1120 for every 8 days 80 % call target Monthly incentive of R 2 000 per month Company will pay for fuel towards use of personal vehicle when not driving gig-rig. Company will provide mobile handset and SIM card for business purposes. Will do sleepouts and extensive travel – Accommodation, S&T and fuel (Gig-rig) will be provided by company and/or client. Important – the company expects the driver to work over weekends and after hours during promotional activities. The company does not pay overtime but will give employee rest days in lieu of overtime/weekends/public holidays worked . Package will be subject to normal taxation and statutory deductions.
