You will be a part of a team which is consulted and involved in advising on resource allocation of investments; developing pricing & revenue strategies; evaluating and improving returns; executing budgeting and reporting processes and, of course, in managing the delivery of consistent profit growth to the Group's shareholders. As a Global Management Trainee, you will have the outstanding opportunity to rotate through various positions and lay the foundation for a successful and internationally oriented career. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar Recently graduated and up to 3 years of professional experience Passion for Finance and a general knowledge of its core functions ACCA qualification is considered a plus Analytical and decision-making skills Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed National and/or international mobility Proficiency in English (both written & spoken) It's tough.
