Do you love to challenge yourself and be a part of a motivated, team? We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Clerk to join our procurement team. The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving, counting, inspecting and processing incoming purchase orders. An integral of the receiving clerk's role is to continuously communicate stock levels, stock receipts, and quality of stock from suppliers with relevant stakeholders. Skills Required: Experience of working closely with suppliers. Computer literate, with advanced Excel skills/abilities. At least Matric/Grade 12. Previous warehouse experience. Good communication and organizational skills. Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs. Basic math skills. Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations. Keen attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and SYSPRO would be an advantage
