My client in Financial Services is looking for a Governance Coordinator to join their Governance Department. Must have completed Degree / Postgraduate (Business Management, Legal or Compliance ), with a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial industry or legal and compliance environment. Key Responsibilities: Corporate AML/KYC maintenance, queries and management of Due Diligence Administrative tasks relating to the group wide committees: risk, compliance, data governance and data privacy committees Sourcing and preparing of Trustee Board Meeting packs Sourcing requisite risk information and reports to enable effective reporting by the Head of Governance to the relevant Audit and Risk Committees and Boards
