Key Responsibilities include: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for government bodies, NGOs, and unions. Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector. Conduct sales visits and workshops in Cape Town, Pretoria/Limpopo, and Mpumalanga. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Leverage existing client relationships to enhance business opportunities. Promote and sell this group of hotels in South Africa : Cape Town, Durban, and Sandton. Qualifications and Competencies required: Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the government market. Established database with strong relationships in the government sector. Effective negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel for quarterly sales visits and workshops.
