Job Description Responsible for ensuring the overall adherence & compliance to quality and grading standards of grain products received by stakeholders, as well as administration of grain products. Requirements Grade 12 certificate Minimum 2-4 experience in a similar role Grain Grading course Computer literate Code 8 Driver's License Clear Criminal Record Duties and Responsibilities Execute grading of grain products according to regulations and standards; Grading of lucerne as well as weekly lucerne stock confirmation Ensure equipment is of a functional standard, maintained and calibrated where applicable; Report any quality discrepancies directly to the senior; Provide general support to the department such as accurate tracking of stock control cards Assist with the administrative functions related to security, health and safety aspects Manage client services by ensuring processes are in place to prevent escalation of client complaint Be a GWK ambassador and a good team player.
