The client is looking for a recent graduate to be trained in applications engineering. The scope of the job will focus on programming equipment to customers' requirements, helping reps with customer presentations, maintaining software at customers' sites, assembly and configuring new systems supplied to customers plus fault finding of software and hardware. Educational Background Electrical Engineering degree or diploma (Electronics and Control) Or Electrical and Computer Engineering degree or diploma (Electronics and Programming) Knowledge and Skills Desired Electronics and Electrical Circuits Programming (C#, C++,Java, HTML, Python) PLC Knowledge Troubleshooting and Fault Finding Electronics Troubleshooting and Fault Finding of Software Systems Excel (Strong), Word, PowerPoint Good Understanding of Windows Operating System Good Knowledge of Computer Networking The candidate needs to be willing to travel into Africa and must have a drivers licence.
