The position will be based in Pomona. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Logistics Management, be fully vaccinated (Covid) and have their own vehicle. Key Responsibilities:Fleet Management Monitor / tracking on a daily basis focus on efficiency (Fleet Turnaround and utilization) Plan / manage services and Manage / monitor fuel consumption and variable Written / verbal Reporting Driver Management Resource Scheduling Performance monitoring / improvement (Damage related) Updating / monitoring of management systems Written / verbal Reporting General functions Depot / transport related Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics Management Fully conversant in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent Interpersonal Skills Ability to work under pressure Core Competencies: Analytical abilities Leadership competencies Excellent interpersonal skills Business acumen Working knowledge of VTS will be an advantage Computer literate - Word, Excel Customer service orientated SA Geographical knowledge Willingness to work shifts / after- hours / Verbal communication in Zulu, Xhosa will be an advantage
