Graduate Laboratory Assistant - Fragrances /Packaging - Sandton - Sandton
Minimum requirements for the role:
- A diploma or degree in chemistry or related is preferred.
- The company is happy to train a graduate with no work experience into this role.
- Must have strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Basic Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team are essential.
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Working closely in a team within the lab handling all laboratory duties.
- Testing and approving products
- Handling inline production updates.
- Testing finished products and calibrating measuring and testing equipment.
- Troubleshooting quality defects.
- Filling testing logs and laboratory paperwork.
- Sampling procedures and testing manufacturing processes, methods and standards.
- Conducting in-process quality checks.
