Very basic “intern position” to support in day-to-day administration and mostly assist with inhouse production (print and cut). Nothing glamorous, but depending on the appointed candidate’s passion/knowledge, there will be lots of room for growth and exposure to all elements of marketing and design. Requirements Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day administration (filing, quotes, orders, follow ups, etc.) - Support designers in sourcing marketing materials/info (content, sizing, etc.) - Printing and cutting of inhouse production of marketing collateral (flyers, menus, cards, etc.) - Supporting design and marketing team with design of marketing materials Essential Skills: - Basic - Good knowledge of Apple Hardware and Windows Hardware, basic design programs of Adobe Creative Suite. - Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe - Organized, dependable and detail oriented - Strong research skills, time management, and planning skills - Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organized Additional Beneficial Abilities - Experience with WordPress /OR Basic photography skills or keen interest / Basic understanding of social media Benefits Training & Development Pension Plan Performance Bonus
