Job Description We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at our content platform. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing visually captivating content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate should not only possess a strong design sensibility but also have a genuine passion for Kasi culture. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual assets for our content platform, including but not limited to social media graphics, illustrations, and promotional materials. Assist in designing and formatting multimedia content, ensuring a consistent and appealing visual identity. Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs that align with the brands aesthetics and target audience. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to enhance visual storytelling. Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve design quality and creativity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and marketing, to ensure a cohesive visual representation across various platforms. Adapt and modify existing designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining the essence of the original concept. Support in the creation of digital and print materials, such as presentations, posters, and brochures. Maintain organised design files and assets for easy accessibility and future reference. Demonstrate a genuine passion for Kasi culture, integrating relevant cultural references and nuances into designs. Requirements: A relevant qualification in graphic design or a related field. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, illustrating creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of design principles. Understanding of Kasi culture trends and aesthetics. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey design concepts. Ability to work under guidance and accept constructive feedback to improve design skills. A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning and professional development. Strong time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
