EQ Acceleration is a one-stop marketing and branding company that derived from EQvest, an alternative investments company. EQ Acceleration assists companies with growth driving scalable branding and marketing solutions to reshape and refine client's market positions. Assist marketing and web development departments with developing engaging and creative designs for various projects and clients, including but not limited to: branding, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, front end web graphics, and presentations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with client brand identity and objectives. • Translate design briefs and ideas into visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and other design elements. • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure our designs are fresh, modern, and competitive. • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects. • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Experience with print production processes and preparing files for print is a plus. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is desirable but not required. • A passion for design and a desire to push creative boundaries.
