Key Responsibilities: Technical Coaching: Develop and implement a technical coaching strategy in collaboration with team leadership. Actively participate in coaching sessions, identifying learning opportunities to uplift team members' technical skills. Client Focus: Understand and align with client needs and expectations. Build relationships with clients by sharing information about issues and capabilities. Respond promptly to meet client needs and resolve problems within agreed timelines. Produced Graphics and Interfaces: Apply technical knowledge to produce high-quality graphics in compliance with functional requirements. Maintain brand integrity throughout the production process. Coordinate and communicate deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Masterfile Generation and Maintenance: Apply a full working knowledge of product software to create and update Masterfile templates. Liaise with cross-functional teams to implement template updates or changes. Communicate updates to the team and provide coaching as needed. Conceptualize and Create New Games: Assist in the creation of concept proposals, brainstorming themes, names, and functionality. Collaborate with the project lead and team members to finalize concepts. Produce high-quality interface designs, animations, and art assets for various game platforms. Knowledge Sharing: Share domain knowledge within the team and with key stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments for knowledge sharing and fostering a collaborative environment. Brand Integrity: Design logos that align with the product theme and target audience. Maintain brand integrity throughout the design process, considering cultural references. Ensure assets are usable for marketing purposes. Provide Technical Support: Provide training and mentoring to ensure effective use of product software. Promote correct archiving and template systems. Understand and apply technical aspects of building the relevant software product. Designed Game Graphics and Interfaces for Software Applications: Create interfaces and graphics based on research and best practices. Design high-quality graphics and interfaces that meet software and functionality requirements. Deliver graphics and interfaces within project deadlines, incorporating client feedback. Marketing Pack Design and Production: Understand game features and conduct market research. Ensure adherence to marketing processes and templates. Obtain approvals for all marketing content before release. Behavioural Outputs: Adaptability and Resilience Quality Decision-Making Collaboration and Relationship Building Results-Driven Effective Communication and Influence Strategic Thinking Talent Development Resourcefulness and Continuous Improvement Skills: Tertiary Education: Graphic Design Diploma/ BA Multimedia in Digital Visual Arts Minimum 5-6 years' work experience in the Multimedia Industry or demonstrated high competence. Illustrator and Photoshop expertise required, Illustration and web/interface design advantageous. Ability to work independently.
