Education: Degree/Diploma: Design related. Experience: 3-4 Years' experience in an agency or retailfashion Portfolio of own creative work. Knowledge/ Skills: Web/online/interactive design & design programs. Experience with Premier Pro/ Cinema 4D/ After effects Creative Developmental Process. Designer mentoring. Interactive campaigns. Insight into current trends & brand awareness. A reminder that this is a talentpool advert - not an actual vacancy Marketing Design: Making quick directional design mock-ups; translating the brief and strategic requirements into compelling creative solutions Working with the Copywriter in generating ideas; design for print, digital applications and other digital products Completing full campaigns in preparation for presentations at mid-level; getting involved in all levels of work from print to digital to television Liaising with the reproduction department on quality control. Maintaining high brand standards and creating original and fresh solutions to briefs. Creating design and layout using typography, colour, photography and illustrations; ensuring that correct print specifications and artwork are submitted to suppliers. Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief. Conceptualization/idea generation for new jobs with creative resolve. Creating motion graphics/ 3D designs.
