Candidate needs to have prior experience in a Group role and must be a qualified CA(SA). Main function of the role will be the running of finance activities of the group, including business planning, budgeting and forecastingReview month management accountsAnalyse operations, identify gaps for improvement, cost reductionAssist with strategic analysis and planningEvaluating trends, establishing critical measurmentsReview and sign off journalsPrepare inter-divisional reconsReview head office and operational GL rconsManage banking profiles and treasury functionsPrepare AFSResponsible for compilation and consolidation of budget templatesSupport project analysisCA(SA) qualification is essentialMin. 5 years post articles experience (some at Group Accountant / FM level)Thorough knowledge of up to date IFRS R 75 000 - R 90 000 - Monthly
