Experience & Requirements:

Completed Masters degree in HR a MUST
Min 8-10yrs experience where youve handled the full HR function from success management, programmes, performance management, employee development to retention/attraction of staff KEY FOR THIS ROLE
Experience having worked in a 1000plus organisation and worked with EXCO
Experience managing a sizable team
Well versed in MS Office Suite
