Review and sign off monthly quality score and compliance score Manage the sign-off process with UK client Manage Quality Assessors in understanding & completing their roles and responsibilities Attend Meetings with operations team and/ or client to report on QA analysis Manage and handle internal and external escalations Create, maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.• Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by managers, clients, and other stakeholders Assure compliance requirements are met and implement solutions to prevent non-compliance Resolve disputes with UK client with respect to the monthly quality score Provide expert consultation regarding department/business unit related matters• Ensure accurate data capturing• Be able to plan, lead and organize To drive and ensure that direct reports install a culture of leadership, development and mentoring Solve complex problems Build an excellent relationship with client Excellent verbal and written skills Monitor and develop campaign performance and ensure that strategies are in line with both business and client expectations .• Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change. Meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; scheduling analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories .• Validates quality processes by establishing quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Qualifications Grade 12 Quality Experience Lean Six Sigma Certifed advantageous Additional Information UK Shifts Apply Now
