Group Reservations & Systems Manager - Johannesburg

Candidate requirements;
  • Must have 5 to 8 years experience managing a call centre and reservations department for multiple properties
  • Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • A Valid RSA ID
  • Must be a dynamic self-starter with strong problem solving skills
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, especially with good Excel Skills
  • Experience using eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex essential
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Co-ordinating and supervising all staff that are employed in the Central Reservations Department.
  • The position communicates with all departments in order to ensure efficient and reliable service.
  • It is required that this individual will oversee the administration of all rates and system requirements on the Central Reservations System.
  • Preparing reports on a daily weekly, monthly as well as when
  • required basis.
