An experienced Group Revenue Manager is sought to join this well-established hospitality company. RESPONSIBILITIES: Yield Management Revenue & Rate Management for the entire group Statistics & Reporting Management of Internet Channels Conduct and host meetings with management, sales departments and HODs Manage and maintain the PMS and CRS REQUIREMENTS: SA Citizen Relevant post-matric and hospitality diploma/degree Previous experience in the hospitality industry and a minimum of 2-5 years’ supervisory experience in Revenue / Rate Management Excellent planning/mapping skills Ability to predict and swiftly adapt to changing business environment; Excellent modeling and Excel skills Computer literate, inter-alia PMS, CRS & Rate Management programs Professional appearance Language – speak/write in English Positive, motivated attitude. Interpersonal skills are imperative Valid code 08 South African Drivers’ License Exceptional understanding of rate structures and bands Understand Revenue and rate management Familiar with current market trends and public inclinations Keep informed on economic climates and forecasts Have knowledge of competitor rates and offerings in the various regions and markets in which they operate Knowledge of operational systems Please forward your CV with a profile photo and contactable references.
