Village N Life is a leading Tourism and Hospitality company. Our company owns and manages various luxury hotels and self-catering apartments. Village N Life focuses on growing their employees through amazing staff programs and incentives. We require a guesthouse supervisor for one of our self-catering blocks based in De Waterkant to join our established team. Requirements: Grade 12 Hospitality qualification (advantageous) Previous experience in the same or similar position Familiar with duties and procedures in the self-catering apartments and/ or Airbnb Duties: Ensure all bookings are prepared prior to check ins Ensure that customer needs and desires are met Ensure that lobby area is tidy and presentable Provide helpful and inviting environment for guests Introduce and maintain the most efficient check-in/out procedures on Opera & WhatsApp Ensure credit control procedures are strictly adhered to To ensure that accounts are balanced daily Manage the arrival and departures for the day Ensure that inspection is conducted prior to the arrivals of guests Ensure that exit inspections are done per department Minor maintenance experience Shifts are 2pm - 11pm If you qualify for the position, we would like to hear from you Please send your CV with a recent photograph to apply below with 'Host' in the subject line.
