Our ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, confidently guiding them through styling decisions and advocating for hair care products when needed.Objectives of this Role:> Ensure finished hairstyles meet customer expectations.> Maximize revenue by cross-selling hair products and services to customers.> Maintain the salon’s reputation for excellent customer service.> Establish positive relationships with customers, leading to regular visits. > Stay up to date on new hairstyle trends and techniques.
