Are you someone who can: Propose improvements on internal processes that impacts service levels and customer satisfaction within area of accountability. Identify, control, and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs by identifying and managing delays or shortcomings in the maintenance process. Ensure that client queries and technical queries are dealt with proactively and accurately, within the agreed turn-around times and that responses are of a high quality. Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment on premises. Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all related information. Support quality and compliance standards in business processes by following all OHS related procedure e.g., safety shoes. You will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification – N3 studying towards trade test. Strong knowledge in carpentry and repairing doors.
