Hard Hat Department Head required for PPE Safety Company in Selby, JohannesburgDescription: Hard Hat Department Head: The Department head is responsible for taking and receiving instruction from senior management, then delegating, implementing and maintaining ISO and SABS Policies, Procedures, rules and regulations, the plans and practice of the business unit, Must have some Technical, Electronic and Mechanical knowledge - 1) This Department head will supervise and delegate to all Staff, 2) The DH will be in charge of all Time and Motion studies, Production and Dispatch of finished products. 3) The DH will get orders authorised – for the purchase of Raw Materials for products and other stocks required for the smooth running of this department, e.g., LLDPE, POLYPROP, and MASTER BATCHES 4) He / She will ensure both SABS and ISO Policy, practices and p rocedures are followed at all times. 5) The DH will follow and ensure Projections, TARGETS and Production Plans are met. 6) The DH will immediately escalate all and any issues that may affect staff, production and or the interests of the company. 7) The DH will do all Daily and Weekly required reports.Must be of clean sober habits.Email CV to mageshphoenixindustrial.co.za Apply Now
