An upmarket establishment on the Atlantic Seaboard is seeking a Head Chef to lead their culinary team. The ideal applicant is a creative individual who has a good understanding of growing teams and developing staff from within. R40 000 basic highly negotiable Minimum Requirements : • Matriculation further related studies • 2 years' experience preparing food in a 4 or 5 environment • 2 years' experience managing a team • 2 years' experience training and developing staff • Understanding of costings and financial controls • Drivers licence and own transport – non negotiable This is a dynamic environment waiting to welcome the right candidate
