Our client in the Legal Industry is seeking a Head of Claims who can join their team. Someone with necessary or relevant skills: Duties: Compiling, adjusting, implementing and enforcing of tactical business plans to foster achievement of strategic objectives set for the Claims Department Analysis of Claims Trends Building and monitoring of professional relationships with Network Lawyers Monitoring and overseeing of complaints from Members and Network Lawyers Updating and maintaining the Policy Application document Streamlining of various claims processes and recommending improvements or other changes to policy Recommending, gaining approval and overseeing all changes to the Pinnacle system Identifying and implementing improvements to the workflow and/or business processes Identifying and testing the accuracy of claims reports to be developed for the different spheres of business These are the following prerequisites to join our team: Completed Legal Degree (LLB, BProc, BJuris or BA Law) essential Minimum of 5 - 7 years management experience essential Experience in respect of budget management, human resource practices and operations essential Must be computer literate Must speak English fluently Ability to speak one other official African language advantageous Valid driver's license and own reliable transport essential Must be willing to travel Only serious candidates meeting the minimum requirements to apply.
