MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certificate is essential. Minimum of 12 Months of data capturing experience is essential. Office administration experience is essential. Computer skills (MS Office Package) is essential. Good communication skills is essential Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of the QMED system Training as HTS supervisor is essential A valid Certificate of Fitness or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: The successful candidate will be responsible to: Ensuring correct registration of clients and safe keeping of the HTT records as per Health and Safety Act. Ensuring verification and checking of clients documents and registration thereof to avoid duplication. Maintaining good filing administration Assist HTS supervisors during HTS sessions.
