Overall responsible for the Fleet Team performance & activities both financial & other, including day-to-day management Sets targets, monitors operational achievement of performance goals, customer service and productivity levels, ensuring they are commensurate with contract standards Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing fleet data and trends Preparation of fleet contracts and proposals Medium to Long Term planning around Key Accounts and B2B Business Development Analyzing of reports and sharing of results with Executives and Customers Responsible for the preparation of tender documents Source business opportunities and effectively negotiates within business imperatives Post Matric Qualification Sales Qualification and experience Computer literate – Proficient with MS Excel / MS Word / Outlook/PowerPoint Ability to present to large audiences and Executive teams Valid drivers' license (essential) Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (essential) Proven track record in New Business Development Must have 3-5 years Management experience.
