We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Head of Human Capital Technology. In this pivotal position, you will provide strategic direction and oversee the Digital Enablement Strategy and processes, driving business growth and development while expanding our impact through digital delivery. Highlight your essential experience in the financial services industry and join our client in shaping the future of Human Capital Technology Requirements: Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Postgraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous). Bring over 7 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in designing, building, and managing digital solutions and platforms. Proven success in leading transformative digital projects. In-depth understanding of core business processes and associated technical solutions. Familiarity with the Human Capital value chain. 5-6 years of experience in managing and leading a multi-disciplinary technology team. Showcase your influencing and collaboration skills. Demonstrate extensive expertise in key digital principles, encompassing customer and employee-centric design, prototyping, and agile delivery in a sensitive and complex environment. Bring awareness of governance frameworks and legislation, illustrating how these are relevant to the business. Showcase your ability to implement and monitor processes and controls to ensure compliance. Showcase your extensive experience in Cloud Computing, having overseen the design, build, migration, and management of complex enterprise technology solutions. Direct the strategic integration of ERP, Financial Management, and other Enterprise Management systems to maximize the value delivery of Human Capital into the organization. Demonstrate extensive experience in architecting, building, implementing, and integrating complex internal and external enterprise platforms. Prove your understanding of the data analytics landscape, illustrating your contribution to informed, strategic decision-making processes within the realm of Human Capital technology. Exhibit knowledge and understanding of the external and internal environment, including global marketplace experience, developments, and trends that could impact the IT function. Duties & Responsibilities As the steward of the digital strategy, lead the business in delivering solutions that are not only fit for the present but also future-ready. Drive digital innovation and utilize relationships to align stakeholders, fostering readiness for new initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and transition traditional processes into digital counterparts. Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of digital best practices among key stakeholders to embed a robust digital ecosystem. Measure the ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as necessary to ensure strategic investments in the right tools and resources. Integrate all relevant digital initiatives into the strategic-planning process, gaining leadership commitment, resource allocation, and seamless execution. Build, manage, and sustain the growth of a digital innovation ecosystem that enhances the overall employee experience. Conduct research to identify solutions and provide recommendations for system improvements aligned with the People Strategy and the desired employee experience. Ensure teams are aligned with a common plan and purpose, effectively managing risks and issues. Take the lead in end-to-end delivery of digital projects, overseeing technology delivery and change management necessary for the improvement, implementation, and integration of digital systems and processes. Stay updated on developments shaping the Information Technology and Digital Transformation Landscape. Develop and implement metrics to measure and monitor the effectiveness and impact of Digital enablement. Lead the change associated with the digital transformation journey, partnering with business owners and Human Capital. Conduct digital readiness assessments to inform the digital change journey. Identify and drive efficiencies in the way of work to enhance productivity and synergy within the business. Facilitate the enablement of the People Strategy through the implementation of fit-for-purpose technology, data, and reporting solutions. Oversee the governance of people systems, including risk management, cyber security, maintenance, and architecture. Represent the function in various forums and committees, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
