Reference: JHB000507-Dana-1Develop, manage and oversees the execution of Marketing, Branding and Public Relations strategies and campaigns to promote this large Property Groups’ services. The incumbent must be a competent marketing executive that is skilled with a variety of marketing platforms, including print, digital and social media KPAGeneralFormulate and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, websites, billboards, publications, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition offering.Initiate and control surveys to assess divisional requirements and marketing needs.Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, blogs, corporate videos, etc.)Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radioMonitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performanceCollaborate with divisional executives in preparing marketing strategies, budgets and monitoring effectiveness.Work with graphic design and advertising agencies to conceptualise creative briefs and advertising elements as needed.Tracking changes in the various business divisions followed with a roll out of a marketing campaign.Compiling marketing reports detailing the effectiveness and results of marketing, events and advertising campaigns.Conceptualise ways in which marketing activities can be harnessed to expand the organisation's footprint.Creation and oversight of the implementation of the marketing plan for the year Creating and managing the marketing budget and spend in-line with the strategy and required approvals.Focus on briefing and managing internal teams and suppliers plus support the creative execution and management of key marketing strategies.Develop engaging content and marketing promotions to drive enquiry and visits across the various sites whilst continuously referring and analysing data and insights to optimize success.Managing and overseeing paid advertising campaigns across various social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc).Research to be up-to-date with current market trends and identify new opportunities to engage prospects;-Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns-Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts-Manage social media channelsOrganise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, launches and exhibitionsArrange the effective distribution of marketing materials-Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.-Provide reports on performance of campaigns and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effectiveManage the organisation's Brand taking due care of the brands marketing guidelines and sensitivitiesManage and optimize paid media spend through social media ads and digital platforms.Managing / developing the building of landing pages and other assets for marketing channelsFinancial ManagementStandardisation of marketing materials across all divisions and regionsEstablishing and maintaining the company’s electronic communications media platforms including managing the company’s websites, social media platforms, Google AdWords and Google AnalyticsContinuously seek new opportunities to improve reach for the brand.Develop and implement various system enhancements to channel optimal lead generation.Planning and executing campaigns and managing detailed projects on tight timelines and budgets.-Find ways to manage and analyse / optimize automated emails conversion ratesBudget recommendations and management thereof.Generate press releases and distribute to appropriate media.Monitor publicity received on all platforms (including social media).Ongoing and consistent drive and marketing of properties under management and development on its national (and sub Saharan) footprintSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
