Duties and Responsibilities Ability to Interpret data and advise stakeholders on decision makingAble to oversee donor evaluations, the designs, data collections processes and techniquesEnsure that benefactor reporting requirements are metInvolved with the development and promotion evaluation knowledge that influences business decisionsImplement research agendaResponsible for identification of needs and opportunities of the businessEffective management of program staff capacityRefine the Monitoring and Evaluation strategies and frameworks, systems, and processesDrive best practice in program teams for the best health related resultsEnsure that field visits are conductedUse geospatial data and program data to influence program analysisResponsible for quality when implementing M&E strategiesMonitor and report on performance indicators and variablesWork hand in hand with IT department when it comes down to the design and functionality of business electronic systemsDrive compliance for research related ethicsWork hand in hand with Operations and Program department when implementing internal quality assurance and improvement plansOffer guidance in the design and implementation of data quality assurance training and proceduresAnalyse field generated data to match demand with servicesForm part of the preparation and development of funding proposalsDevelop fund strategic plansSet annual performance goalsManagement of staff - 7 Data Capturers, 2 M & E Officers, 1 AdvisorBudget managementSupporting program areasRepresent the company at stakeholder meetings and external forums at international and national level Must have: (NOT NEG) Relevant Masters' degree - Public HealthNo less than 10 years' working experience in the M&E field - focused on strategy implementation and data interpretation, of which 5 years should be senior management level, been head of department for 2-4 years'.
